Vug Arakas, VOWWS, Resident Summer Series w/ Feels, Soul Shakedown w/ DJ Clifton

Look at you, all sunkissed and spry! We hope your summer wishes are coming true, from summer love, to never ending tropical beverages, and of course maximum relaxation. With it being the last week of July already, it’s certainly time to drop by for some Resident shenanigans…don’t you think?

Tonight we’re kicking it with local faves Vug Arakas and Parting Lines! If you’re lusting for a breezy, vintage sounding summer jam, Parting Lines just dropped a new video in anticipation of their debut album out next week. Take a listen and jam with us in person later this evening.

Saturday is bittersweet as we host one of the most exciting shows of our Resident Roundup Summer Series, but also our last. Join us in the garden for a free afternoon get down with Feels! No better way to close out 8 weeks of live music in the great outdoors than with everybody’s favorite neighborhood band.

As summer starts to wind down and fall appears on the horizon, we want to assure you we’re ready to help ease your heartache! We’ve got many noteworthy shows coming up you’ll want to save the date for starting in September. The first surprise is a four night residency stint with Soft Kill — four lineups curated by the band over four nights on 9/6, 9/13, 9/19, and 9/26. We are so excited for some Soft Kill every week… just wait ‘til we see what they have in store for us. For Black Metal fans, we’re welcoming Wiegedood on 9/18 all the way from Ghent, Belgium. Composed of members of Rise And Fall (2), Oathbreaker, and Amenra, this group is one you won’t want to miss.

Looking ahead to October, we have SeespeopleS on 10/4 and Mothers on 10/12. The first official teaser is out for Mothers’ upcoming album, just in time to get you psyched for new music and good shows coming this fall. One final October surprise comes in the form of cleopatrick, by way of Canada. You might know them for their “Hometown” video or perhaps you’re just getting acquainted. Either way, you should come!

So enjoy these last few weeks of sweet summertime and when autumn comes we’ll still be here to catch you. Let’s finish this thing off right and together — ain’t nobody we’d rather spend summer with than you.
