Olive Kimoto
Olive Kimoto is an LA-based DJ and musician exploring the ether through downtempo, shoegaze, techno, synthpop, ambient, international music, and everything in between. She can be found twirling to Cocteau Twins, diving deeply into her favorite artist's discography, and digging through dead people's record collections at estate sales.
As a DJ, she has performed with Jon Hopkins, The Field, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Boy Harsher, Nicola Cruz, Jenny Hval, and more. She's performed at everything from museums and galleries, to music festivals, concerts, and clubs. (And who knows... maybe your private event?!)
Olive hosts and DJs the monthly radio show Liquid Mirror on NTS Radio, a station reaching 2.5 million unique listeners a month. She is the cofounder of the Cocteau Twins inspired night, Heaven or Los Angeles held at Zebulon in Los Angeles.
