Born to a Tanzanian Father and Australian mother, Kamaliza John Salamba’s story begins recording cover songs into his computer as an 11-year-old in his Western-Sydney home town of Erskine Park. A self- taught vocalist and musician who has progressed to a complete artist that writes, produces mixes, performs, and sings on all of his original material. Creating a style that blends electronic R&B/Soul with UKG influences.
With the debut single “Zermatt” currently sitting at 10 million streams on Spotify and the follow-up “Zanzibar” sitting at 13 million, and a recent feature on a number one tv show "Ginny and Georgia". Kamaliza boasts a Spotify monthly listener amount of 520,000. Formless in his approach, his creativity knows no bounds.
